Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Translate the brand’s concept vision into a retail store realityfor sell-in.
• Create and define range architecture across channels & category in line within global guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for driving team to produce range plan guidance and concept deployment across channels
• Deploy Global CTC concepts across predefined distribution roadmap: plan concept merchandising and allocation, cross-channel and cross-category, by cluster
• Working closely with GCA BU and define number of articles allocated and product allocation guidelines
• Deliver clustered assortment plans by category and for all store formats and sizes, by month
• Responsible for monitoring how effective the performance of the range plan has been and apply learnings into future seasons.
• Manage the GTM handoverto the sales organization across all key milestones
• Understand the GCA consumer retail environment including distribution points , share of buy, competitor ranges and pricing strategies
• Provide range architecture inputs into Global CTC
• To set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all direct reports
• To develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
• To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
• To ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports as one team, internally and externally

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strategically minded with strong executional abilities

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience, ideally with Marketing and Sales experience.
• 8 years+ of broad commercial experience, with a distinct track record of success and high level of knowledge within Merchandising.
• 5 years+ of leading and managing a diverse team (remote management)
