Internships - Omni-Channel Marketing (Concepts to Consumer)

• Marketing Planning and Implementation
• Retail and Trade Marketing

• Visual Merchandising and Instore Communication
Your Tasks:
• Omni-Channel Marketing Calendar Process: Support the Omni-Channel Marketing team in building of seasonal (SS/FW) Omni-Channel Marketing Calendar that balances Brand and Commerciality by leveraging Brand priorities and channel opportunities, support the right products and relevant across all markets.
• .com projects: Support the Omni-Channel Marketing team with projects around .com and digital marketing industry best-practices and resulting implementation of key findings.
• Omni-Channel Marketing Planning and Implementation process: Support the seasonal milestone process specifically the pre and post Global Brand Conference (GBC) activities
• Omni Channel Marketing Visual Merchandising (VM) and ISC Process: Support VM & ISC planning, projects, execution and event projects related to seasonal, long term, store specific (Retail & Trade), GBC and Global VM Meetings. VM Guidelines and report summaries.
• Omni-Channel Buying and Selling Meeting (BSM) Marketing Process: Support the creation of an Omni-Channel Marketing Support Pack that shows and explains the seasonal marketing calendars & strategies across channels as well as sell-in imagery for all key campaigns.
• Omni-Channel Marketing Meeting/Workshop Support (RMW): Support the development and event organization of the global Omni-Channel Marketing meeting/workshop by gathering and compiling information, drafting content/exercises, and organizing physical set-ups as needed.
• Omni-Channel Marketing Overview Deck
• Update the .com communication deck that should represent a comprehensive .com marketing tool summary of non-campaign related existing and planned tools.
• Omni-Channel Marketing SharePoint Support
• Support the update and maintenance of the Omni-Channel Marketing SharePoint site that exists as a single point of truth to all our internal and external team documents.
• Ad-hoc duties in line with Omni-Channel Marketing Priorities
Your Profile:
• Student Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration (with a Marketing focus) or Masters degree
• Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship. Or in the so called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (EU citizens only! Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations.)
• Excellent interpersonal and English language skills
• Analytical and proactive approach are essential
• Previous office experience (working at national/subsidiary head office environment or equivalent)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience working in the .com/retail marketing field would be an advantage but is not required.
• Passion for sports
