ECOMMERCE PRICING ANALYST

Our Merchandise Planning – Pricing team is responsible for driving pricing and promotional strategy with the goal of achieving sales goals and maximizing margin. Ecommerce Pricing Analysts drive and coordinate system implementation of pricing and promotions to help support the Ecommerce business. The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who is highly organized and extremely detailed in approach. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be an innovative problem solver and analytical thinker with a strong sense of urgency.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Executing all DTC-specific promotional and live-site pricing
• Recommending strategic pricing decisions based on Stores’ pricing actions
• Ensuring pricing changes flow to the appropriate web sites via Stage process
• Supporting the business in reviewing and analyzing margin impacts of markdowns and promotions
• Evolving margin optimization tools and processes
• Assuming ownership of analyzing and recommending clearance decisions
• Assisting store teams with pricing and marketing issues as needed
• Analyzing the digital marketing calendar to identify creative solutions for complex promotions
• Adjusting business requests to drive sales
What Do You Need to Bring?
• Bachelors degree with a strong academic record
• 3-5 years in retail environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to handle significant responsibility
• Humble, team-oriented and optimistic
• Strong Experience in Excel
• Readily acquires systems knowledge
• Ability to work flexible/off hours to support global pricing needs
• A strong desire for adventure & curiosity
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Desire to learn & hunger for more!
• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand
