What you’ll be doing day to day…
Visual and Commercial Flair
• You challenge store layout using all available commercial tools and reports
• You drive the delivery of all KPI’s and profit targets
• You use structured floor walks with in store teams and support functions to critique visual proposition and generate actions plans to maximise sales and visual excellence throughout the store
• You identify and initiate the next visual move on in store, working with other functions
• You respond to any ad-hoc decisions to change layout and trends
• You demonstrate a strong awareness of local knowledge and understand the competition in your market place, responding to shifting trends and new market opportunities
Future Focus
• You’re able to anticipate and plan for future challenges and business growth opportunities for the Flagship store
• You work with store and Head Office teams to develop new ideas to showcase the product and store
• You keep up to date with the latest trends in visual merchandising and creative, and use this knowledge to create new and innovative visual and creative solutions that lead the way on the high street, and for Miss Selfridge
Driving Results
• You instil a customer first culture in your team, ensuring that the Miss Selfridge customer has an exceptional experience in the Flagship consistently
• You are constantly improving business performance by coaching and developing your team, and sharing best practice with the
Management team
• You show excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to multi task

• You know the strengths and abilities of your team and utilise this to drive talent management and succession planning for the store
• You create a culture where wellbeing matters, good performance is rewarded and recognised and build a community which people want to be part of
• You effectively manage performance and address any issues or concerns
• A strong coach, you help your Manager to develop their own solutions
