Description
The Role:
FOR THE TECH REVOLUTIONARIES. THE ONES WHO SEE THE FUTURE AND MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Within the Product team you will have the opportunity to work on projects for the latest technologies we are introducing to the market. You will work with the Product Owner or Business Partner and help define the marketing and communication strategy to coincide with new releases. Working across multiple teams you will ensure that you are speaking to our customers with the right tone of voice and across the appropriate channels.
What You’ll do:
• Support product adoption as well as design and implement launch plans for new features and product when relevant.
• With product owner or business partner, define goal of the project as well as relevant messaging and communication channels. Coordinate activities across multiple teams internally. Ensure communications launch on a timeline manner.
• Liaise with Analytics team to implement measurement plans to assess the impact of the campaign on adoption. Suggest next steps and improvements
• Participate in the consumer understanding effort: work alongside the Product Owners, internal research teams, customer facing teams and Analytics team to uncover customers’ pain points for key product areas. Partner with the Product Owner for these relevant areas to influence roadmap priorities.
• Monitor that the improvements deliver positive impact on the customer experience. Be a source of A/B test ideas
• Develop a deep understanding of the luxury customer among the product team
• Partner with Analytics team to uncover opportunities through data as well as understand key journeys and onsite behaviour.
• Monitor competitor and industry wide innovations and best practices
• Build relationships with international teams and act as a bridge between them and the consumer product teams. Develop understanding of local specificities that impact countries’ shopping experience on Farfetch and share findings and recommendations to product owners
Who you are:
• Graduate with 2-3 years marketing experience ideally in an ecommerce or online environment with a good understanding of customers & communication channels
• Deep knowledge of the luxury customer and industry
• Robust analytical and Excel skills
• Strong commercial thinking and experience leveraging data analysis and customer insights to help solve real-world problems and create solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to communicate at all levels in the organization
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills
• Problem solver and ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Creative thinker with strong business acumen and judgment
• Passionate and informed on future concepts and new tech
• Able and willing to travel to other Farfetch offices when required
