Effective Communication:
• Develop clear, consistent, timely, and effective methods of communication with MK Corporate and Retail Development field teams on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis via email, phone calls, and in-person
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with Retail Partners, MK Corporate and Retail Development field teams
• Maintain and communicate all store and employee tracking documents
• Partner with RD, Sales, and Planning teams for all Retail Partner presentations
• Facilitate all weekly conference calls, create and distribute agendas
Operations:
• Control travel expenses, continually striving to reduce costs within the region by adhering to Travel and Expense policy and procedure
• Control RD departmental expenses, continually striving to reduce costs
• Manage Clothing Allotment process partnering with Sales, HR, and Customer Service as needed
• Design and implement processes and procedures, increasing overall efficiency
• Maintain updated Retail Partner staffing lists and ensure chargebacks are accurately invoiced and executed
Technology:
• Partner with Supervisor on all new technology and systems initiatives
• Maintain Retail Development website, keeping information current and communicating major updates
• Maintain District alignments across all platforms
Shop-in-Shops:
• Manage floor plan receipt process from Retail Partners and site surveys process from RD field team
• Ensure all site surveys are clear, concise, and ready for approval review
• Train and educate District Managers on real estate and site survey standards
Human Resources:
• Ensure all new hires are set up with necessary materials and log-ins
• Manage RD bonus payouts and Shop Manager $1M club
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors or Associates Degree and a minimum 2+ years of related retail experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and follow-up skills: email, phone, etc.
• Ability to present in front of a group
• Proficiency computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
