We are looking for a Junior Account Executive Accessories and Footwear (Maternity Cover)
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Constantly look for new businesses opportunities to increase penetration with specialty stores and dept stores
• Review weekly selling for all major accounts and propose re-orders/swaps
• Focus on maximizing full price sale throughs and repeat business
• Prepare Department Store seasonal buy analysis and assortments based on
MONITOR BUSINESS
• Monitor closely with Customer Service and Credit Departments all wholesale KPI’s
• Improve RLM knowledge to increase efficiency and be more independent from CS
FORECAST BUSINESS
• Develop seasonal projections per country
• Prepare sales reforecasts and regularly review to ensure targets are met
MANAGE AND WORK WITH PEOPLE
• Build strong team spirit within the MK team (wholesale, retail and corporate)
• Recruit, manage and motivate Coop staff in Department Store shop-in-shops
• Provide trainings and demonstrate selling techniques and skills to Coop staff
PRODUCT AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE
• Review and feedback on sales activity and demands of the market
• Prepare seasonal pricing analysis for your markets
• Review competitors’ activities and identify their best practices
VISUAL STANDARDS
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all merchandising and presentation standards are executed
• Challenge floor stock levels and fill in the floor as required
• Enforce housekeeping and hanger standards
• Participate to the merchandising of all new shop-in-shops
• Ensure mannequins and look walls are representative of MK floor sets and standards
COMMUNICATION AND CONDUCT
• Act as an ambassador for the company
• Develop strong partnership and maintain excellent interpersonal skills with all retailers
