AsSeenOnMe Coordinator
You'll sit within the Brand Experience department, specifically within the Fashion Team and be supported by an ASOM assistant.
What you'll be doing...
• Daily moderation of image submissions (both approving and declining). Ensuring all images published are on brand and represent ASOS in a diverse and inclusive way, and that the ASOM gallery is constantly looking at it is best and all images are relevant and with the correct tag.
• Daily management of freelance team (up to 8 people) working on approved images, working alongside the Fashion Team Junior Project Manager to ensure we constantly have enough support based on image submissions, that the workload is evenly spread across the freelance team and that there is no overlap of work. This person will also be responsible for reporting on freelancer daily submissions to ensure that we are hitting our targets, and ensuring that numbers match the weekly analytics report. Briefing all new team members on ASOM and back end system.
• Flagging and investigating reasons for the increase or decrease of image submissions.
• Testing new functionalities and features such as visual search, Rights Management. Working closely with the Product Manager and constantly providing feedback on new features and functionality to speed up the ASOM tagging process. Reporting on any bugs that affect back end system of ASOM.
• Co-ordinating with the AsSeenOnMe Product Manager and Proposition Marketing Manager on campaigns to provide relevant imagery, as well as any educational or awareness pieces of work.
• Compiling images to be used in the monthly round up of What's Trending on AsSeenOnMe. These include an overview of our retail trends, customer moments such as occasionwear and denim, and the staff competition.
• Responsible for monthly update of tags across WW and MW, and working together with INT editors to ensure tags are relevant for each territory.
• Responsible for ASOM Instagram account on a daily basis, ensuring and tracking that we are on target with social KPIs for ASOM account on a monthly basis.
• Attending weekly ASOM meeting, and any ASOM relevant meetings/briefing
• Using ASOS members of staff, the co-ordinator will create content based on internal trends and customer moments.
