Description
Known as the denim destination, Buckle strives to achieve its mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our guests by implementing creative marketing initiatives to engage them. The Senior Marketing Director will supervise all marketing operations of the company and will collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer and company executives to establish and execute Buckle’s marketing strategy and vision to drive brand engagement and retain loyal guests.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all marketing operations of the company
• Collaborate with the CEO and company executives to establish and execute Buckle’s marketing strategy
• Responsible to help create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing program
• Coordinate all creative/graphic development for print and digital media
• Conduct relevant market research and monitor trends
• Define brand digital and social strategy and programs
• Lead activation of all digital, social, mobile brand programs across media platforms
• Responsible for the achievement of marketing mission, goals and financial objectives
• Manage Marketing team to maximize performance and Teammate growth
Requirements:
• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
• 5+ years of senior director level marketing experience in the retail industry preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and team management
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills
• Extensive experience in digital and interactive marketing, including ecommerce and social media
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple communication channels
