EAGLE CREEK - Digital Marketing Coordinator
Digital Marketing Coordinator, eCommerce
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator you will play a critical role in driving brand awareness and ecommerce sales through various digital tactics. The position involves a broad range of responsibilities and will be a cross-functional role, working with marketing and ecommerce team to drive key digital strategies. This role is key to driving the company’s success through performance marketing and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the eCommerce Manager to manage advertising budgets, channel forecasts, and overall channel performance
• Create and improve Eagle Creek’s organizational processes with 3rd parties and agencies to ensure they are delivering on all strategies and KPIs within budget
• Report on KPIS for all digital acquisition channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Assist in implementation of SEO Strategy across two separate websites
• Work with the marketing team to coordinate advertising assets from ideology to implementation that support larger brand initiatives
• Work with 3rd parties to traffic campaign assets in various channels including display advertising, retargeting, content marketing, and PPC efforts
• Work with advanced email techniques such as segmentation, triggered events, and A/B testing to improve email ROI
• Provide a monthly forecast of channel performance in order to ensure all efforts roll up to a concise financial plan
• Work with the Digital Merchandising Coordinator to coordinate advertising content with the on site experience to create a consistent behavioral flow
• Assist in support eTail efforts with our wholesale team to drive account growth
• Coordinate advertising efforts on Amazon to grow market share, acquire new customers, and improve sell through
Education and Experience Requirements:
• College Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• 3-5 Years of experience in digital
• Experience with Microsoft Office with a strong knowledge of Excel
• 2+ years of experience with Site Analytics, Google Analytics a plus
• Basic knowledge of Attribution Modeling
• Hands on experience with ESPs, Exact Target a plus
• Experience managing a budget
• Adwords Certified a plus
• Knowledge of SEO including Search Engine algorithms, onsite optimization, and offsite optimization
• Familiar with digital tag management and conversion tracking
• A proven history with A/B testing and measuring results

• Confident in providing a direction
• Strong Communication Skills
Physical Requirements:
• Long hours sitting/staring at a computer monitor
• Ability to be flexible in working late evenings/early mornings, when needed to meet project deadlines
• Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 25 lbs, depending on need
• Travel 1-2 times a year
