Purpose
• Digital Brand Commerce creates the digital future by delivering a premium digital experience centered around our consumers. The aspiration is to define and build the global ecosystem empowering BU’s and Markets by providing a consistent digital strategy, direction and capabilities, leading all one seamless experience across all digital touch points.
• This role is key to the successful adoption, development and implementation of the Global Brand Category Consumer Experience strategies and seasonal plans.
• The role best suits a candidate who can create strategic consumer engagement ideas and has the category and consumer understanding as well as knowledge in digital communication to write and execute the highly structured engagement plans.
Accountabilites
• Leverage the Global Consumer Engagement strategic framework to develop the Global Brand Category Consumer Engagement strategies and convert those strategies into seasonal execution plans, as integral parts of the overall Digital seasonal execution plans, based on Global Brand Categories, Consumer and Digital Brand Commerce objectives and insights.
• Ensure Consumer Engagement is integrated into Global Brand category campaigns, maximizing every opportunity to capture consumer data e.g. product launch campaigns, brand campaigns, etc.
• Define and deliver all elements of the Global Brand Category Consumer Engagement seasonal plans, including contact strategies, campaigns, programs, services and global toolkits.
• Partner with the Digital Content team to identify relevant and inspiring supporting content to support the execution in-market of the seasonal plan.
• Provide Consumer Engagement strategic counsel to the Global Brand Category teams and partner with them to ensure that the Consumer Engagement toolkits are integrated into all consumer facing Brand Marketing touch points.
• Act as the Global Brand Category point person for all Global Brand Category communities. Lead and drive the Performance communities approach and incorporate into the Consumer Engagement seasonal plans.
• Act as a stakeholder to Digital Analytics & SEO/SEM for Global Brand Category segmentation.
• Deliver against Global Brand Category Consumer Engagement KPIS and ensure Global Brand Category Consumer Engagement seasonal plans are optimized based on results and insights.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
• 5-8 years of CRM experience (agency or client).
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or client).
• Demonstrable knowledge of CRM software.
• Demonstrable knowledge of CRM data management processes and data protection principles.
• Experience of working in an international team.
• Results-driven and process focused with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Passionate about CRM with strong English communications skills, written and verbal.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Qualifications
1. University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
2. 5+ years of CRM Experience (agency or client).
