Responsibilities:
The Lucky Brand Internship is a 10-week paid program offering a unique opportunity to high-potential college Juniors and Seniors who are interested in a career in fashion.
As a Creative Services Operations intern, you will experience an in-house creative agency at all project phases. You will have direct daily contact with real life Lucky Brand creative projects and develop the practical and soft-skills needed to successfully manage an in-house creative project. You will also have opportunities to liaise with clients and creative team members, evaluate risks, negotiate, manage relationships, celebrate successes, and mitigate shortcomings. This is the perfect role for a 60% left brain organizer that loves to create and draw!
Throughout the ten-week program you will work side by side with Managers on both short and long term projects that tie back to the larger strategic goals of Lucky Brand and the Department. By working directly with your team on projects you will begin to build practical, technical, and leadership competencies. The curriculum includes a weekly guest speaker series that provides you the chance to learn how our business and the departmental relationships function and allows you to network with top-level management and executives. At the culmination of the summer, you will have the opportunity to present your summer-long project to the executive team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Monitor and maintain project milestone calendars.
• Asset trafficking for digital and catalog projects
• Assist in preparation for deliverable meetings (creation of presentations etc.)
• Project management application maintenance (Basecamp)

Qualifications:
• Must be a junior or senior and currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
• Must be studying a major related to Graphic Design, Communications, Communication Arts, Project Management, Creative Management, Design Management, Production Management, Digital Marketing, Organizational Management
• Prior retail or apparel industry experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Understanding of the Lucky Brand brand and an enthusiastic willingness to learn
• Microsoft Office Programs
• Detail oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Team player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
