The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative support by performing clerical functions and data analysis such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls scheduling meetings, reviewing and analyzing reports.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the President, Accessories and Footwear
• Answer and screen incoming calls
• Coordinate and maintain busy calendars for the President and two SVP’s
• Prepare routine correspondence, memoranda and e-mail responses
• Maintain files and financial reports
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Board meetings and off-site meetings
• Gather and abstract materials for such events as meetings, conferences and presentations
• Administer travel arrangements for President and team; this includes airfares, ground transportation, hotels, dinners, meetings while traveling, and obtaining Visa’s when needed
• Prepare expense reports for President and five direct reports
• Code invoices to appropriate departmental codes and approve in Coupa System
• Review and categorize incoming correspondence / memoranda / emails
• Arrange work related lunches/dinners for meetings or events
• Assist in the coordination and planning of Michael Kors related events and projects
• Liaise with external parties and internal staff
• Assist with some office related errands
• Participate in other activities/projects at the discretion of management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2-3 years of administrative support experience is required
• Ability to read financial reports is required
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Has the ability to problem-solve, be forward thinking and anticipate needs
• Ability to be proactive and flexible
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize
• Must be tech savvy and be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
