Senior Manager Retail Merchandising, SP Franchise 1
Mission
1. Manage franchisee store merchandising planning, buying in determining store OTB, store clusters, category mix, article selection, article depth, and timely providing sales analysis, trading recommendation to support the business
2. Play a critical role to drive brand direction, business growth, partner with Franchisee merchandising team.
Responsibilities
Pre-Season Merchandise Planning:
1. To develop buy plan (OTB) per store cluster (what to buy, how much, etc.), according to buying strategy, top down financial target, and 5P analysis
2. Conduct historical analysis in terms of buying structure and link with company strategy and marketing needs to provide proposals for pre-season buying structures at store level or cluster level
3. Based on existing analysis model to provide detail analysis on the article level to identify key drivers for top selling articles, brand drive as well as bottom articles
4. Work with CTC to develop store cluster proposal and distribution plan and assortment plan
5. Monitor buying quantity vs. budget; partner with franchisee merchandising team to reconcile buy plan to merchandise plan
6. Partner with logistics and customer service team to track order placement and shipment control
In-Season Merchandising Execution:
1. Lead in the process to provide ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis e.g.:- net sales, sell out, stock level, MD, etc.
2. Provide in season performance tracking reports
3. Provide analysis to develop mark down strategy and support markdown and clearance process
4. Maintain & Monitor compliance of pre-season buy and AP policy, as well as planning calendar
5. Join in bi-weekly meeting to hear actual store sales feedback and input to next season buy
Post-Season Review:
1. Provide analysis and documentation for post-season review
2. Provide seasonal deep dive analysis for customers
3. Re-allocation plan for stores if store format update or bulk buy
4. Partner with Merchandising team , Retail Operations, VM, Sales, and Logistics teams to develop action steps for next season
People Management:
1. Establish the Neo BLR team and set up the working process
2. Peopole coach and talent development
Requirements
10+ years retail merchandising experiences
Strong in data analysis
Influency skill and communication skill
People management skill
