Overview
In this role we are seeking someone who can speak to those who follow our multiple brands across all social platforms by using their graphic design and photography talent. He or she should have a strong digital creative vision, and be fully adept on social to provide our teams with necessary eye catching content. The candidate should also possess a strong level of creativity with the ability to tell compelling visual stories. Other marketing and advertising exposure is a plus but not required.
As we grow and move more function in-house the Brand Connections Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of social and digital media content for our U.S. divisions – Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Footaction and SIX:02. Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to be highly collaborative is needed for success in this position.

Responsibilities
• Shoot and create digital content across all brands for various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.
• Work closely with social media managers and product teams on a daily basis to secure product for all social media content and wardrobe production.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, social and e-commerce teams to coordinate and help manage photo and video shoots.
• Support social media managers at live events and photo shoots to create content for social media channels.
• Work with brand connections and social director to create content for paid social media campaigns.
• Assist graphic design manager on Power Point presentations.
• The position will report to the Graphic Manager, but ultimately supports both the brand connections and social teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree of Arts, Science, Marketing or other applicable field is needed with a focus on graphics
• Internships in photography, design, social is helpful or 1-2 years’ experience in marketing/advertising/digital or social media at a corporation or agency a plus.
• Strong computer and design skills with intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Design Suite experience is needed. A high level of skill with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is required. Knowledge of LightRoom, Bridge Acrobat is helpful
• Applicable experience in studio and digital photography
• Videography and editing experience a plus
• Knowledge in content creation for key social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat is required
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirements and technologies
• Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail and presentations)
