As Retail & Trade Marketing Project Coordinator for Wrangler EMEA you will take care of the creation, sampling, testing & roll-out of the offline POS toolbox in our wholesale environment existing of seasonal POS, Fit POS, instore visualization program and Permanent POS. You will coordinate the window & in-store marketing execution of the owned stores, dual brand stores & partnership stores, based on the seasonal marketing calendar. You will be responsible for the staff training toolbox and the creation of the seasonal sell-in tools. You’ll be supporting the Retail & Trade Marketing manager with overall budget tracking and invoicing.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage & coordinate the creation of seasonal workbooks & look books.
• Manage BTL photoshoots for use in sell-in, POS & window collateral
• Support the R&T Marketing manager with the roll-out of the seasonal marketing POS for wholesale accounts.
• Support the R&T Marketing manager with stock maintenance of retail operational tools based on the yearly forecasted projects.
• Responsible for the execution of the seasonal IVP program
• Manage the Staff training toolbox
• Create & refresh the permanent & Fit POS offer together with the marketing, sales & design team.
• Create the seasonal retail calendar based on the Omni channel marketing calendar and execute accordingly
• Coordination of the production of the O&O and PSS windows & instore marketing material
Your profile:
• Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing
• 1-2 years of relevant experience within a brand, ideally in fashion/retail/apparel
• Eye for detail, accurate and proactive
• Flexible and able to deal with deadlines
• Eager to learn, “hands on”, good organisation and excellent communication skills
• Team player with great drive and enthusiasm
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of any other European languages is a plus
