CRM Coordinator (B&W)
Description
Digital Marketing is one of the largest teams at Farfetch consisting of 50+ people split across 5 main teams; Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Analytics and Data Science. Made up of experts in the field from a variety of different industries, they are responsible for working across all of our global markets. They make sure our presence remains high and mighty with new and existing customers, setting us apart from our competitors and ensuring we are always one step ahead of the curve.
The Role:

In this role you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the CRM activities of some of the leading brands within the fashion industry. We are looking for an outstanding CRM assistant to focus on developing CRM for Farfetch B&W, defining how brands communicate with their customers and drive loyalty. You will be working closely together with the CRM executive, the CRM designer, and most importantly, the clients. You will be in contact with clients directly from the start, and will work with them on a day to day basis to ensure we provide an excellent CRM service.
The role will be ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. You will be a good communicator and hugely passionate about all things digital. Reporting into the E-commerce Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the Farfetch B&W team and will have an opportunity to learn about all aspects of e-commerce and digital marketing.
What You’ll do:
• Day to day responsibility for CRM email campaigns, including, but not limited to:
• Liaise between the clients and the B&W CRM designers
• Build the email campaigns and program within our 3rd party ESP (Responsys)
• Proofing and testing email messages
• Sending our emails for clients in a timely fashion
• Coordinate and consolidate the CRM calendar for all B&W clients
• Schedule the weekly CRM tasks for the B&W CRM designers
• Monitor and report on email performance to the client
• Run analysis on email performance and provide clients with recommendations based on these results
• Build and maintain relationships with the B&W clients
• Help design marketing and customer retention plans for clients through the use of email communication
• Define and implement processes with both the client and the wider team to ensure a scalable, high quality CRM service for our clients
Who You Are:
• Recent graduate/ graduate with relevant placement experience
• Education: Degree from a top tier university with a strong quantitative component. If no quant component at degree level, then A level maths or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Creative thinker
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Willingness to work flexibly when needed
• Passion for the fashion industry
