Coordinator- US Retail Hair

We are looking for a Coordinator to support the US Clairol Hair Color Brand team. The brand management teams are responsible for building and growing profitable brands via marketing plans that reach and delight their respective target customers & consumers.
In this role you will be supporting the Clairol brand management team to deliver strong promotional plans that drive growth for new initiatives and base business. You will further be responsible for owning the artwork process of new and existing products as well as managing the budget for these brands. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up. Given the fast-paced nature of the role, you must be able to set priorities and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the budget, including purchase orders and audit compliance, while presenting risks and opportunities to management
• Lead packaging design artwork process for new innovation and brand restages
• Lead brand promotions process, including payout analysis, design and execution
• Collaborate with external agencies for creative briefings and feedback
• Manage and track collateral process
• Execute sampling/ trial campaigns by working with the Brand Management Team, Account Executives, Agencies and other Cross functional members
• Provide ad hoc support for brand management team
• Additional marketing projects as determined by business and market needs
Application Pre-Requisites:
• 4-year college degree
• Minimum 1-2 years business experience
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and operates with discipline.
• Analytical thinker with experience in budget management and financial acumen
• Capable of managing multiple priorities & projects independently
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to look across projects and drive reapplication and simplification
