Summary:
The Group Creative Director – Global Brand Environments will report to the Vice President of Brand Creative and be part of our passionate brand experience team. He/she will oversee all Under Armour storytelling within branded environments and ensure all campaigns and projects are facilitated from creative development through final execution. These environments include UA stores, UA partner Stores (Shop in shops), UA showrooms, Trade Shows, UA events and Virtual environments (Virtual Reality).
What will you do?
• Lead and inspire an internal team of designers, 3D artists, technologists and producers to develop and execute creative projects.
• Partner with Brand Creative teams – Category, Content and Concept as well as Brand Marketing and Retail leadership to continually drive and refine how we communicate our Brand mission, personality, and value proposition to athletes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide brand creative direction to a variety of experiences – including but not limited to retail, digital, content, experiential and sports marketing.
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance our brand strategy.
• Work closely with UA Brand Marketing, UA Retail Marketing, Sales, and Product on driving an integrated experience.
• Present to retail partners and other internal stakeholders on concepts, designs and ideas.
• Develop and maintain a consistent UA retail presence inclusive of shops and fixtures.
• Implement a global kit of parts that are consistent with global brand standards and the needs of each country (Sharing best practices from country to country).
• Provide strong creative direction and quality control over concepts and projects.
• Work with the cross-functional leads to estimate, create, manage, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing projects.
• Establish him/herself as a strategic business partner within the Retail team
• Use behavioral data and insights to inform and influence the customer journey and experience, ultimately leading to increased engagement and conversion.
• Drive innovation and leverage technology to create memorable global brand experiences.

What have you accomplished already?
• 10 years Environmental Design experience with a BA in Graphic Designer or a related field
• Past experience with retail storytelling (minimum of 5 years)
• Creative experience with multiple media types – including new media, for example, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality
• Past experience with User Experience design
• Experience succeeding in a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive, complex projects.
• Architecture Background a plus
• Must provide a portfolio of relevant work samples. (via URL or PDF)
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Travel
• 25-40% of this job is travel. Weekends Included
