The candidate should lead the visual merchandising process for Converse footwear, apparel and accessories across all store formats (focusing on mono-brand and factory outlet stores) in Global Partner Markets for +300 doors. This applicant should deliver visual merchandise standards and keep them up to date, deliver monthly tiered product presentation floor sets/planograms, help us create an elevated execution for stories in tier 1 doors/markets and compile monthly recaps by tier and by region. This position should actively identify product presentation opportunities for business growth and collaborate with cross functional stake holders to create seasonal relevant stories at retail.
• Develop, execute and implement process and tools for Sales & Margin tracking, Inventory budgeting, Demand Planning & Forecasting for Retail Partner Stores.
• Lead current year tactical planning & Create Long Range Plans based on marketplace capacity that enables a 3 Year rolling plan.
• Quarterly forecast and determine regional specific actions/adjustments to support sales and inventory issues.
• Communicate regularly with Partners to adjust store level plans and filter information back to the Merch & Marketing teams.
• Execute, maintain and distribute insightful monthly sales & inventory reports that supports the cross-functional team to take informed decisions.
• Create and Maintain OTB’s with Partners for Tier 1 Stores focused on Key cities.
• Identify, communicate and pro-actively plan at the store level due to special events, calendar shifts and launches of Key Cities Tier 1 Stores.
• Influence Partners through building compelling “fact based” arguments on growth plans, remodel impacts, liquidation strategy, market opportunities, flow plans etc.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Allocators on re-buy volume targets
• Actively identify product opportunities for business growth.
• Support integration of cross-functional strategies and responsibilities: Buying, Planning, Allocation, Retail Marketing, Space Planning, Retail Ops and Field teams including the creation and management of store clusters
