Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant - Marketing
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Home Office – New Albany, OH
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for calendar management of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO); requiring interaction with company executives and other administrative assistants to coordinate meetings and events
• Answer phones and direct all incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Marketing team
• Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate and launch campaigns to consultants and clients
• Arrange travel schedule for the Marketing leadership team
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Assist Marketing leadership team with preparation of presentation materials
Requirements:
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
