Responsibilities:
• Partner with market management to gather and analyze global sales, feedback, and historical data on weekly/monthly/seasonal basis to help better assort for future seasons
• manage all owned product merchandising strategies within international business channel to ensure brand growth to meet company’s expansion requirements
• maintain ownership of competitive landscape, identifying local trends and staying on top of newness in market; utilize findings to identify holes in the current business and opportunities for future growth to shape product strategy
• create materials for seasonal buy/sales hindsights; analyze data to better understand channel specific needs and opportunities
• liaise with all cross-functional partners to execute seasonal assortments from concept to in-store execution
• assist manager in creating global (multi channel) line architecture based on both market and business trends
• partner with corporate merchandising in assortment editing for owned categories key markets and in line development review and call out voids
• uphold brand filter and product integrity across categories and markets
• link visual strategy with product assortments and initiatives
• manage all operational aspects of the business: samples, showroom, manage market calendar and prep
• partner with team in managing all mile stone meeting preparation, including design reviews, line architectures, and external market presentations
• foster a strong sense of leadership and teamwork both internally and externally
• evaluate open to buy to ensure on par to plan
