If you’re ready lead in a space at the core of business operations, join the Converse Technology team as our Director of Supply Chain and Analytics. This role will have responsibility for the platforms and tools that support the Converse supply chain including SAP and the warehouse management system. Additionally, this role will lead the development and delivery of a new analytics platform to support Converse functions globally.

Additionally, this role reports directly to the leader for all technology at Converse providing high visibility, quick decision making and interaction at a senior level in the company.
This role will engage, collaborate and partner with various functional leaders, technical leaders and executive stakeholders to understand long and short term business and technology strategies, provide thought leadership and engage in proactive planning of an executable technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Leads a team of direct reports, vendors and enterprise partners in delivery of new supply chain capabilities.
• Leverage your experience in an SAP environment or similar ERP to create a multi-year roadmap and deliver against it.
• Drives and facilitates the right discussions that identify business solutions in relation to current and future technology landscape
• Solve complex business problems in partnership with other domain leaders across Nike and Converse.
• Develop and execute vision and strategy.
• Use strong verbal, written and presentation skills with leaders at all levels of the company.
• Partner with Operations teams to ensure production service levels are met.
• Works closely with Domain architect and leaders to develop roadmaps
• Alignment with corporate strategies through strong business and technical thought leadership
• Effectively manage priorities, deliverables and timelines with little need for escalation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, an additional 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable
• 7+ years of experience in performing the responsibilities of technology team leadership and technology service delivery
• Current knowledge of industry best practices for capabilities within ERP systems like SAP (SAP is preferred)
• Large enterprise experience including global experience with solution delivery
• Demonstrated track record of leading within complex organizations requiring strong influence management skills - ability to work cooperatively at all levels in matrix environment
• Strong facilitation skills and experience in managing senior stakeholder relationship, partnership and interactions
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements and architecture conversations with all stakeholders (management, business users, and technology resources)
• Self-starter with high motivation and passion who thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change
• Strong leadership, confidence, and influencing skills. High level of executive presence
