A Day in the Life
The Administrative Assistant for the Photo Studio is responsible for estimating, budgeting and accounts payable functions and assisting in the administrative management of the photography process.
• Set-up templates for all seasonal photography estimates and budgets
• Perform daily maintenance of estimates to reflect most current photo shoot needs
• Work with Production Director and Photo Studio Manager/Art Buyer during planning, updating and communicating seasonal shoot budgets
• Process all photo shoot and studio related invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage set-up and maintenance of vendor relationships

Must Haves
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years administrative experience
• Excellent knowledge and experience of bookkeeping practices and procedures
• Proficient skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent follow through
Nice to Haves
• Prior Accounting and/or Bookkeeping experience a plus
