As Retail Store Support Coordinator you will act as a single point of contact for store support including answering general queries, providing operational and process guidance and undertaking administrative and transactional activities. If you have solid experience within retail, ideally with exposure to operational processes, and are keen to progess your career in a support focussed direction this coulds be a great opportunity to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Delivering excellence to retail store teams through high quality guidance, support, advice and administrative assistance where required
• Operating in accordance to clearly defined SLA’s and Store Support procedures
• Supporting the retail network by absorbing store tasks and processes ongoing in order to drive in-store productivity
• Providing scheduled and ad-hoc performance reporting to retail store management (including on-going compliance to core operating process)
• Administering retail store access requests
PERSON PROFILE;
• Retail Store Experience essential
• Experience of SAP and/or Point of Sale preferred
• Good understanding of Excel essential
• Confidence to use initiative to resolve problems independently
• Flexible and approachable
