We launched in March 2013, and have been blown away by the customer response. We’re now looking to bring amazing people, like you, together to redefine the way people interact with brands online and in stores across the country.
The Brand Design team brings our brand, packaging and selling environments to life for Harry’s. The Advertising team tells our brand story across owned, paid and direct response media. As our business grows, we’re looking to add key members to our tight-knit team who are interested in working in a fast-paced, brand-driven, customer-focused environment.
As the Creative Coordinator at Harry’s, you will work collaboratively with internal and external teams to support the execution of creative marketing projects. You will become an expert in cross-functional collaboration, project trafficking, and process improvement.
• Act as the Creative Team’s dedicated advocate, responsible for coordinating and supporting all creative projects, from kick-off to completion.
• Own the relationship with cross-functional teams to track project schedules and deliverables, ensuring necessary clarity on timings and deliverables.
• Own and manage the processes, systems, and tools used by the creative organization.
• Traffic creative projects from start to finish, run checkpoints with relevant stakeholders for incremental approvals.
• Capture and communicate feedback in both recurring and milestone creative meetings.
• Create and maintain creative calendar detailing project stages, milestones and deliveries.
• Manage special projects on an as-needed basis.
Hands-on: You’re willing to get your hands dirty to complete any task, big or small, glamorous or mundane, to make sure creative projects are completed successfully and on-schedule.
Clear communicator:You can effectively communicate project goals, constraints, deliverables, and schedules within a cross-functional team.
Comfortable with ambiguity: You have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize work, manage your own schedule, and meet multiple deadlines.
Learner:You take a proactive interest in building on your skillset.
Passionate:You’re excited to deeply understand and grow with our creative team. You’re open-minded and enjoy an energetic, fast-paced environment. A passion for detail, design and communication is a must.
Background:You hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or 4-year equivalent) with 2+ years experience in a project management or coordination position. You have experience building, scaling, and improving systems and processes.
Knowledge: You’re familiar with the Google Suite, Microsoft Suite (Excel is a plus), Project Management tools and software, and the Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
