This is an exciting opportunity for you to join ASOS as a Marketing Analyst working with our global marketing teams. You will be a data expert with an excellent track record of delivering insight to inform marketing decisions. The analytics teams here at ASOS are responsible for understanding the consumer and their experience and behaviour across all ASOS touchpoints. We capture and analyse huge volumes of data and turn them into actionable insights to inform the strategy of our business, with particular focus on Marketing, Retail and Product.
What you'll be doing...
• Partnering with the Brand Marketing and Commercial Partnerships teams as the day-to-day analytics lead to support key campaigns throughout the year
• Understanding stakeholder objectives and challenges to identify the appropriate analytics approach and measurement KPIs
• Shaping and delivering regular reporting and recommendations to support decisions at all stages of campaigns and partnerships from planning through to evaluation
• Championing an understanding of data and analytics, ensuring the marketing teams are operating based on insight
• Building strong cross-function relationships, across marketing and analytics stakeholders
• Global remit, effectively supporting campaign execution globally and by market
We'd love to meet someone with...
• Experience working in an analytical role, with a track record of using data to inform decisions
• Understanding of and keen interest in marketing
• Experience with digital analytics tools, such as Adobe, Google Analytics
• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach
• Passion for data analysis and problem solving
• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
• Ability to handle multiple tasks managing priorities and focus as needed
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Business or Finance
• A/B Grade in Mathematics at GCSE and A-level (or equivalent)
• Advanced skills in Excel
