Description
Position is responsible for the administrative support for the Vice President on a daily basis and team administrative support as needed. Additionally, this position would support the development and tracking of the strategic actions being implemented by the marketing and regional team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE:
•Prepare and manage Vice Presidents travel schedule, daily calendar, reservations, phone, computer, etc.
•Support the Executive Director with travel coordination
•Prepare and manage Vice Presidents/ Executive Director Expense reports - organization, preparation, reporting and submitting monthly
•Responsible for the efficient and timely processing and approval of vendor invoices (receive, process and payment)
•Support team with various administrative needs (new hire orientation set-ups, meeting room setup, office orders, regional product requests)
•Assist in the coordination of the Cannes Trade show material (sale books, comps, lab samples, booth design, etc.)
•Organize and manage global meeting, as needed (coordination of attendees hotel, travel and meeting requirements)
•Support the Vice President with miscellaneous administrative support
MARKETING:
•Lead the coordination of content for the monthly business review
•Development of marketing presentations for sales meetings and retailer presentations including the coordination of all Marketing-related support materials (e.g., sales books, marketing calendars, product, comps, lab samples, visual concepts, etc.).
•Lead the Non-Saleable everyday sampling strategy (planning to execution) in coordination with the Executive Director
•Responsible for the monthly tracking of samples usage vs. the fiscal plan in coordination with the Executive Director
•Prepare categories and consumer business reviews as required (Traffic patterns, market/country reviews, etc.)
•Participate in brainstorming of the marketing executional plans (cross category)
•Develop marketing presentation as required
•Maintain department SharePoint site
•Support Marketing team with miscellaneous requirements
Qualifications
•Position requires 1-3 years of experience
•Strong interest in Marketing with the drive to grow
•Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize a high volume of work
•Detailed oriented with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have professional written and verbal communication skills
•Required to have PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, KeyNote, Outlook Calendar skills
•Creative presentation skills with an ability to communicate key messages through charts, pictures, tables
•University level education
