Description
This position reports to the Vice President of Global Marketing & International Business Development, and requires working very closely with various functions within the Global Brand team, as well as with the regions and markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and craft global education materials and tools for in-store and field teams (Area Managers, etc). These are tools that educate on the Brand tenets, the products, but also the in-store experience and the service expected at a Le Labo store.
Close partnership with key teams: product development, digital and client-engagement.
Work closely with Regions and Affiliates (incl NA) to help disseminate the education information and materials to their respective field and in-store teams. Ensure regional / market relevancy and nuances are taken into consideration without diluting Brand credo.
Drive internal, corporate team (Regions, Markets/Affiliates) education on the Brand
Develop appropriate materials and programs to educate on the Brand business model, practices, products, culture so as to immerse them into Le Labo
Help structure, organize and orchestrate the global (internal) immersion sessions to be hosted at NYC (Williamsburg) and London (Shoreditch).
Develop all marketing-related materials to new product launches, merchandising directives and initiatives, brand presentations. These are materials that are used both internally to share information and guidelines, and used with external teams (retailers, commercial partners) as well.
Ensure all materials, programs and formats are brand-appropriate, and convey the necessary information, but also reflect the voice, tone, culture, values and experience that Le Labo stands for.
Qualifications & Skills
BS/BA preferred
5+ years of work experience, either in education / marketing or in strategy consulting in related field
Exude passion for Le Labo and deeply appreciate, understand the Brand DNA
Be a motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindset
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, as well as with international regions / markets
Adaptability in working within different work cultures and organizational teams, e.g., entrepreneurial start-up, larger corporate structures, etc
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to capture the unique tone of voice and visual cues / codes of the Brand
Highly developed PowerPoint and Word skills, with an eye for formatting and presenting information in a digestible, inspiring yet brand-appropriate way
Highly organized and able to manage complex projects
