THE ROLE
As an International Marketing Co-ordinator at TOPMAN you will be working alongside the International Marketing Manager delivering an innovative, integrated international marketing program across the Brand’s franchise markets, paying particular attention to the Far East and Counter Seasonal markets, plus support to Wholesale account management
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Work with the International Marketing Manager to plan and manage a clear seasonal marketing strategy for Topman in franchise markets derived from UK based strategy. - setting KPI’s and objectives and analysing performance against them regularly.
• Support the development of brand marketing programmes with partners in our international territories, and monitor execution, guiding the partners acting as a brand guardian.
• Liaise closely with the internal teams to keep updated with the developments of brand plans, supporting the following elements of integrated communication: in-store, advertising, social media, PR and CRM.
• Project management and delivery of own projects under guidance of IMM.
• To support new store launches ensuring a competitive edge to all marketing and events activities
• Ensure social channels are managed in line with global guidelines, delivering compelling content to drive likes, engagement and brand advocacy.
• Brief and direct creative teams to deliver project creative assets within agreed timescales.
• Financial management of partner budget spend in line with contracted spend.
• To manage support on the launch of wholesale partners globally, delivering a compelling strategy and supporting partners on assets and the campaign support in season.
• Liaise closely with Topshop International teams to ensure that the brand DNA is represented in all joint Marketing activity.
• Preparation & management of all relevant internal communications and calendars for meetings and internal information platforms.
• Consistent research of marketplace, key competitors and consumer behaviour.
• Constantly being on the lookout for innovating & exciting new opportunities that would add value to the customer experience.
• Approaching all campaigns & partnerships with enthusiasm, thorough research and local knowledge.
• Work closely with the Brand Marketing team and wider business to ensure that key assets and learnings are shared.
• Supporting International Marketing Manager with day to day administrative tasks.
MUST HAVES
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Ability to perform, under pressure and act on own initiative
• Possess excellent project management skills, from devising concepts through to execution on time and to budget
• Demonstrate a strong interest in fashion, trends and youth culture
• Highly motivated team player
• Highly organised and ability to critique creative work to be brand appropriate
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Creative copywriting skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in digital marketing and or ecommerce advantageous.
• Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team and as a self-motivated individual
• Be able to influence effectively at all levels and negotiate to achieve desired results
• Be able to take direction as well as producing results independently
• Have strong presentation skills
• Confidently contribute fresh and innovative ideas
• Have strong commercial awareness
