Description
Support the VP/GM with the development of the business model and implementation of Too Faced into the Travel Retail channel with a primary focus on Digital and Consumer Marketing assets/campaigns as well as Product Marketing. Works cross functional throughout the organization to ensure accuracy and strong communication across all departments. Including: Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Demand Planning, Global Communications, Global Marketing, and Operations, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Liaising between Global Marketing, Operational Team and Travel Retailing to ensure all elements are developed and executed in the channel. Drive strategy, planning and execution of all marketing initiatives – with a strong Consumer/Digital focus.
•Identify and implement the process and procedure for managing the Travel Retail business with the brand and the regional teams.
•Responsible for implementing regional marketing calendar and 360 programs, adapting global marketing calendar to meet regional/market needs, develop and guide execution regional/market applied marketing strategies to maximize sales, profitability and market share.
•Responsible for the development and execution of all TR exclusive and event activity. Take the lead in creating set concepts and maintaining cost, production and all support required to promote the product.
•Monitor all program sell thru and provide feedback to the teams. Identify market trends; maintain awareness of competitive activity in the Travel Channel. Monitor and control excess and DTS.
•Manage COG for all brand and Travel exclusive programs.
•Research, analyze and monitor mix of business, category trends within the channel to help build a marketing strategy to drive sales.
•Partner with Global Demand Planning to ensure proper SKU management and regional offering, correctly weighted product mix and current sales objective are reflected in saleable product forecast, reviews forecasting of new products and TR exclusive items with forecasting manager.
•Communicate regularly with the regional team to understand and identify their needs. Also well communicate brand guidelines.
•Develop sales cycle material for all presentations requirements.
Qualifications
•University degree or equivalent, MBA a plus.
•8+ years of Consumer/Digital Marketing Experience
•Requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well and interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups and well as with markets.
•Must have strong problem solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
•Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas.
•Must have strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,) Access a plus.
