The role:
• Overall responsibility for digital engagement and communications strategy for the brand reporting into GM, Communications Director and Digital Director
• Overall responsibility for the consistency of messaging and tone of voice for the brand across all media channels (brand and, as far as possible, external)
• Develop a strategy to increase on and offline engagement and grow all relevant brand LOVE KPIs for the brand
• Create an overarching social strategy for the brand working closely with the Brand Marketing Team
• Create overall brand communications calendar for the brand working closely with the marketing team and oversee the social media content calendar creation
• Oversee the development of content for different audiences (on and offline)
• Manage relationship with brand Communications DMI
• Overall responsibility for digital engagement and communications budget
• Build and Lead a positive team of dynamic communications experts; develop their naturally inquisitive nature by constantly encouraging them to seek out new ideas/examples of best practice and more.
Who we’re looking for:
• Alongside experience in a similar role, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:
• Strong leadership skills, and expiereince in team management
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Passion for Communication and Digital Engagement
• Highly Organized and high attention to detail
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Excellent negotiator
• Experience in a fast paced environment
• Able to prioritise
• Experience in Luxury or retail sectors would be highly beneficial
