Digital Analyst
As a Digital Analystyou will be responsible for delivering strategic and tactical analysis of Desigual website and app and providing actionable insights to key internal stakeholders. Your role will be mainly oriented to generate and suggest improvements to the website.
• Proactively provide insights based on regular analyses of performance (and compare against business objectives)
• Create and manage tailored Dashboards and Reporting for respective departments to measure key metrics (engagement, conversion and trends)
• Identify opportunities on the site to drive conversion and optimization for optimal customer experience
• Be ultimate responsible of Digital Analytics Tool, Customer Experience Tool and Tag Management System
• Contribute to discussion about attribution model to track performance of various marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to cross-device analysis and online to offline measurement
• Develop training documentation and deliver training sessions in the organization on utilizing web analytics interfaces
• Identify best practices in the industry and pursue always “bring Desigual Digital Analytics” to the next level
Desired Skills and Experience
• Proficiency with Google Analytics Premium with at least 4 years of experience
• Experienced in GTM and familiar with Customer Experience Tools
• Expertise in defining requirements for new functionalities or features with digital analytics, tracking and tagging.
• Business sense and client-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills: ability to structure issue, decompose causes and recommend solutions
• Solid in presenting results in a professional and meaningful way
• Quantitative ability, including experience gathering and manipulating data from multiple sources
• Proficiency with database applications and spreadsheets (Excel is required); programming experience is a plus (e.g. SQL)
• Dynamic and Flexible: ability to adapt to changing priorities; capable of operating in an ambiguous environment.
• Project management skills: can manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience required
