Under Armour Europe is looking for a talented Senior Merchandiser Factory Houses to join our Retail team. This individual will work closely with the Merchandising, VM, Planning and Store Operations teams as well as other teams throughout UA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manage and define a merchandising vision and business strategy for the European Factory House assortment.
• Create and optimize product assortment in European Factory House channel that will maximize potential for revenue and profit.
• Partner with a team of cross functional procedure experts that include a Planning partner, Allocation Analyst, and Visual Merchandising partner.
• Create a merchandising flow calendar that identifies key items, trends, and product launches appropriate to the product category.
• Define and implement category pricing strategy appropriate to door cluster.
• Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for strategic action.
• Analyze historical sales performances and use as influence in creating merchandising strategies for anniversary time periods.
• Foster positive relationships with the stores and getting their feedback and insight as to product needs and consumer reactions to product assortments and items.
• Facilitate and prepare line reviews for European Factory House assortments.
• Oversee and coach an assistant merchandiser for revenue and personal development success.
• Partner with North American FH Merchandising teams to align on MFO strategy and provide input on European needs.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver projects and results within timelines
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. The ability to present information in a clear, concise and complete manner.
• Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
• Sense of urgency and accuracy
• Knowledge or experiences with performance product a plus.
• Ability to be part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 3 years plus merchandising or buying experience in a progressive, high growth retail organization.
