Description
Support HR projects by coordinating with Talent Development and GBT to ensure offerings are available for registration; creating an HR dashboard for key areas; supporting our HR Sharing initiative and organizing community and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Community and Engagement activities by helping organize, set up and communicate various functions and/or events
• Coordinate with HR team to put together a dashboard of metrics for HR to review that can be produced quarterly
• Assist with Policy and Compliance coordination of materials online and in handbook form—HR Sharing initiative
• Coordinate learning events by setting up lunches, space planning and logistics, materials, and sending reminders
• Ensure LMS is used to track participation
• Assist in maintenance of associate training and personnel file records
• Other projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Position
Requirements
• Pursuing Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field/completed at least first 2 years of coursework
• Sound decision making and organizational skills
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Organized, project manager
• Ability to communicate complex topics and influence others
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience in SharePoint helpful
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
• Lifting, reaching. Lifting up to 15 lbs. Sitting and/or standing for extended periods.
