The Brand Experience PM team manages the delivery of everything in the Brand Experience area of Customer Experience, for the UK and International markets. That's basically all the amazing customer facing marketing, promotional and editorial content and campaigns we put live.
The team are split into 2 areas:
1. Retail and Trade PMs. These guys focus on our bread and butter retail and marketing campaigns, partnership and affiliate activity (such as opportunities with Spotify and STA) as well as promotional activity (including our fantastic sales, massive 20% off everything moments, product promotions like 30% off summer and timed sales such as up to 60% off leather for 24 hours)
2. Brand campaign PMs. This team delivers our longer lead projects including our massive peak marketing campaign at Christmas, International site launches and core propositions such as Students and ASOS A-List. Across both areas, the team are responsible for involving the right people at the right time, either across the department or the wider business, as well as managing the delivery process, communicating project plans, improving our ways of working together and getting projects ready for launch! Anyone joining this team will have an amazing opportunity to work with a lot of people across different areas of the business on a frequent basis, as well as build really great relationships within the department.
Reporting into the Trade and Retail PM, the purpose of this role is to manage small content projects, for example the delivery of paid social assets, affiliate banners, promotional and smaller campaign assets for global markets as well as small partnership assets. The role will also be pivotal in coordinating multivariate testing and working with the homepage editor and content managers in delivering geo-targeted content to global markets that don’t have specific in language sites (e.g. Sweden). This role will work on platforms including desktop, mobile, app, social, affiliate and the internal content management system, if required.
What you'll be doing....
• The day to day coordination and delivery of multi-channel global content – including promotional activity online, delivered by working with retail, editorial, creative development, content management, design and marketing, plus liaising with the email and social teams
• Testing and checking of digital content, including supporting on out of office hour refreshes of site content where required
• Supporting the trade marketing team in coordination of retail and promotional information and be the key point of contact that connects all of the different departments
• Working with the studio teams and traffic manager to get an understanding of how much resource is required for certain tasks/deliverable actions
• Working with the studio traffic manager on the daily management of team resource schedules, ensuring everyone is up to date and aware of all activities and upcoming deadlines
• Working with your line manager and Traffic manager to ensure effective use of creative resource
• Ensuring clear communication of coordination plans for your projects
• Using our internal tool Wrike to manage and deliver all projects and share project information
• Working closely with both global and individual marketing managers, editors and local teams
• Working with your line manager/wider PM team to suggest solutions for project issues and developing how you troubleshoot those in the future
• Working with the PMs as a team to input suggestions to help improve planning, processes and procedures required to deliver content to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level

Required Experience:
• Experience working in house or at an agency delivering/supporting the delivery of digital (including mobile) assets; ideally for a global business, where there are set processes in place
• If there are no set processes – experience demonstrating how candidate has worked around this to support management of their projects
• Experience working in a team with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
• An enthusiastic and proactive attitude. This role needs to be flexible and versatile, to adapt to the type of projects and workload that may come up during this time. Essential Skills:
• A good understanding of web, digital and creative with excellent time management skills and an ability to drive a project forward to ensure it meets its deadlines
• Some technical knowledge for digital delivery and a passion for innovation within digital communications
• Experience managing a range of platforms e.g. Mobile, desktop, email, display advertising, social, apps whilst communicating effectively with a wide team with varying skill sets, to deliver content.
• Exceptional at multitasking and thrive in a fast paced environment. The ability to multitask and deliver a range of different assets, at different times, or all at once, is essential
• An understanding or previous experience with project management tools or content management systems is desirable. This role will work very closely with the content managers and will include some interaction with our CMS as well as using our in-house project management and collaboration tool Wrike
• PC & Mac literate (understanding of photoshop, e.g. how it works, but not necessarily be able to use) is desirable
• Brilliant verbal and written communication

• Change leader – motivated by operating in a changing, flexible environment
• Confident, calm, organised and a clear thinker
• Business language is English, however we’re trying to grow an internationally aware and relevant team so knowledge/experience of different languages/backgrounds and nationalities are all-important.
