Core Description:
The Retailer.com Coordinator will be assisting the Retailer.com manager in the sales and marketing cycle as it applies to Coty Beauty US retailer.coms and pure play websites. Key responsibilities include: management of marketing/promotional calendars, asset management, preparation of business performance analyses and tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Retailer.com Manager in the execution of the brand growth strategies for the retailer.com channel ( Mass, Drug and Pure Play) by managing the promotional calendars including: coordinating with the Global teams to ensure assets deliver on time and in full, adhere to retailer launch guidelines, applying social calendars across brands and retailers
• Perform retailer site audits on a semi-regular basis, identifying opportunities to facilitate navigation, drive traffic and conversion; act as the key point of contact with Retailer.com and Creative in the implementation of brand shop updates, managing creative requests and providing creative assets to Retailer.com
• Manage the operational aspect of the marketing and sales cycle, including partnering with the Sales Admin team to deliver the item set up information to the Sales Org before deadline
• Assist the Retailer.com Manager in addressing and coordinating daily requests with Marketing, Creative and Sales Admin
• Assist the Retailer.com Manager in the implementation of the Retailer.com strategy across digital platforms (i.e. web, mobile, blog, social media, email) for the retailer.com and pure play accounts
• Prepare business performance reports by account on a weekly basis assisting Retailer.com Manager in the analysis of the business; assist in the development of monthly business performance analyses
• Gather competitive intelligence and analyze relevant marketing data (i.e. retail sales, value shares, competitor activity, pricing, etc.) with the direction of the Retailer.com Manager to assess the effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
Application Pre-Requisites:
• 4 years experience required with at least 2 years in ecommerce, beauty experience a plus
• Education:Bachelor’s degree required

• Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to improve processes.
• Excels at working towards a deadline, keeping projects on track
• Excellent project management skills, paired with the ability to work across functional areas and “connect the dots” on a deliverable(sales, marketing, operations, finance, management)
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with different cultures, highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to perform business analyses
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
