Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Lead brand communications for adidas Brand campaigns and selected cross-category campaigns, and plan effective implementation of the communication strategy throughout the Cluster in order to build brand and drive brand momentum in the Cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Cluster category activation plans landing holistic and WE consistent campaigns across all communication channels (comms, PR, digital, event) in collaboration with BU teams.
• Ensure all consumer touch points (comms, channel mkg, sport marketing, key city activation) are in alignment with Cluster specifics depending from NR situation
• Feed in category communication plans & brief agencies to guarantee executional excellence
• Support development of Cluster specific initiatives based in close collaboration with Line Manager and Global guidelines, WE agreement and on Cluster Brand Activation Management sign-off
• Assist in keeping category investments in accordance to the Cluster activation plan
• Support analysis of performance of key campaigns
• Feed into the creation of seasonal cross-category brand comms plan of respective area of responsibility
• Ensure all brand marketing tactics live up to brand standards, meet KPI’s and are on-budget/on-time
• Manage annual Cluster specific digital marketing calendar for respective area of responsibility in cooperation with BU and ensure activities are including in the Brand Communications marketing calendar.
• Assist in cross category concept sell-in marketing plan coordination and consolidation.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Experience in brand marketing and/or sales (sporting goods industry preferred)
• Project management experience
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
• Consumer and customer-minded brand builder and implementation driven personality
• Experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
• 4+ years of Sales , Marketing and/or communication experience
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in local language preferred
