The E-Commerce / Direct-To-Consumer team at Abercrombie and Fitch is the driving force behind our digital experiences. Each team plays a crucial role in evolving the user experience when shopping our brands online. There are many branches of the E-Commerce tree, ranging from product management and web analytics all the way to digital design and UX/UI. These teams work in tandem with one another to ensure a seamless and influential customer experience at all touch points before new site releases on both mobile and desktop. As our digital component of business grows, we are consistently looking to improve our omni-channel strategy for the customer.
This E-commerce role will have a strong focus on Mobile App marketing strategy to create brand-right consumer experiences. This highly collaborative role requires qualitative and quantitative research as well as the ability to partner with teams such as Digital Creative and Customer Marketing to create a strategic experience. Passion for innovation coupled with strong interpersonal skills to help influence in a fast-paced collaborative work environment is a must.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Creating, managing, and helping to execute a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our Mobile apps across multiple brands
• Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
• Partner with Design, Copywriting, Marketing and Product teams to tie business strategy to creative concepts ensuring a seamless customer journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on International strategy to understand, support & influence strategy
• Edit, proofread and approve content that is delivered
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and Marketing to execute marketing campaigns
• Work with Analytics team to analyze app traffic metrics and provide hindsight analysis
• Optimize app content leveraging analytics and A/B testing
• Conduct on-going analysis of competitive landscape within digital
• Provide digital trend feedback and recommendations to team
What Do You Need to Bring?
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least one year of experience in e-Commerce and marketing
• Minimum of one year experience with mobile app content strategy
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite & Adobe Site Catalyst a plus
• Logical, organized, detailed oriented with a problem solver mindset
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Flexibility and openness to new ideas to support growth and initiatives brought by other teams
• Ability to leverage existing experience while being able to think outside of the box to take experiences to the next level
• Highly motivated, self-starter, organized & able to multitask while working under tight deadlines
• Must perform well in high-pressure situations and balance competing priorities
