This role will support the Retail Operations & Communications Management and will work with the Team to deliver excellence across all aspects of daily operations including: communication, planning, delivery and improvements. You will support the planning of communication both to and from stores, corporate initiatives, feedback and proposed enhancements to our current communication and training channels. You will support stores in all areas of Operations, and work to improve documentation, policies, and procedure across the EU estate. You must be an excellent communicator, have great attention to detail, love our product and have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and InDesign.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be proficient in Powerpoint, InDesign, Word & Excel
• Able to communicate effectively and across company hierarchy
• Able to manage & independently prioritize workload
• Must love Michael Kors as a brand and be very knowledgeable and passionate about our Product
