Job Summar
y: Marketing Manager, DECLEOR/CARITA, Professional Products Division
Be part of a new acquisition in the L’Oréal USA portfolio. The Decléor and Carita marketing manager is responsible for day-to-day management of brand portfolio, launch & promotional calendar, sell thru initiatives to grow brands. This role includes coordination of entire PR & communications plan, events and sampling, liaise with external PR agency. Responsible for partnering directly with Digital and Ecommerce teams to provide content and ensure voice is consistent with brand equity and identity.
Job Summary:
• Own all new launches from developing operational strategy to execution & manage growth in existing product portfolio through continuous animations to achieve brand objectives.
Ensure that US has everything they need for launches and promotions in advance, as well as manage changes throughout the year.
Coordinate successful, on-time execution of all marketing campaigns, including reporting sell-in, sell-thru and monthly product performance analyses.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as: finance, education, creative, sales administration, global marketing team and senior management team.
Manage day-to-day relations with PR agency, in addition to tracking influencer initiatives and identifying new opportunities for the brand,
Track and monitor monthly marketing spend budget.
Analyze and develop a strong understanding of business results, competitive activity and market trends, turning insights into action to reach stated brand goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to sales, distributors and senior management.
Job Requirements:
• 4-5 years experience in brand marketing, preferably with beauty industry-related experience. Skincare a plus!
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business related function required.
Strong analytical skills required including experience with budgeting, business analysis and P&L management. SAP a plus!
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrates ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
Must exhibit strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas of the business enabling the successful achievement of initiatives across all brand categories.
