Support the creation of Vera Bradley’s loyalty program. Collaborate with the CRM team and key stakeholders to design, implement, and execute a points based loyalty program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

• Support the CRM team in creating, maintaining and executing on its customer retention roadmap.
• Analyze and interpret data to understand trends and communicate actionable insights.
• Participate in research to understand the competitive landscape of the industry and provide insights into retention strategies and opportunities
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Junior status pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven Project Coordination skills
