Role Summary:
This is a new position within the Sephora Office of the CIO (OCIO) within the Technology Department. This role is responsible for cultivating a strong, but small team into a mature group able to flex and out-deliver the increasing demand. This role is responsible for the following domains:
1. Technology systems adoption, change management, and training (non-store/field)
2. Training process curriculum development and delivery of specific delivery methodologies, IT tools and processes (i.e. Jira, wiki, PPM tool) within the IT organization
3. Technology communications, including executive level presentations, town hall presentations, IT engagement newsletters and special projects

Essential Responsibilities:
This role will build out a team, framework and industrialized processes to enable us to:
• Build a scalable and effective training and adoption org for IT corporate systems (non-store)
• Deliver critical training for IT specific methodologies, processes, and tools unique to the Sephora technology teams
• Use continuous improvement methodologies and new technologies to drive usage and adoption of corporate technology systems and applications
• Develop communication materials for special projects (some planned, some last minute), including but not limited to Executive presentations, external tech presentations, IT departmental meetings, IT department newsletter, and more
Requirements/Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in communications and training/development or the equivalent, with 4-5 of those years in a supervisory role, within a Technology group.
• Experience building out a similar department and creating framework and processes from scratch
• Proven ability to work with upper management as well as develop strong partnerships with peers
• Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, persuasive communicator
• Extensive, proven experience with MS PowerPoint as well as other IT efficiency tools, e.g. Jira, Box, Confluence, etc.
• Able to function tactically but also a strategic thinker
• Passionate, influential and effective communication skills
• Previous experience within IT Retail/Digital environment a plus
