Reporting to the Senior Merchant of Levi’s US Outlet, this role provides data systems and sample management support to the US Outlet Merchandising team.
• Responsible for assortment activation and seasonal coding
• Issuance of third party PO’s
• Coordination with customer service and global supply planning on inventory tracking and PO management
• Liaise with third party vendors as needed for: PO issuance and management, UPC transmissions, and delivery tracking
• Supports merchants in maintaining assortment tools and systems of record as needed
• Execution of monthly price changes and weekly promotional activities
• Supports merchants in generation of reports
• Facilitate access to required garment samples through strong partnership with in-house sample library, and manage maintenance of on hand samples
• Support in coordination of samples and set up of merchandise assortment presentations and reviews
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, as are candidates with an ambition to build a career in merchandising
• Razor sharp accuracy in data management and systems execution
• Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects for multiple merchants simultaneously
• Very strong Excel skills
• Effective communication skills
• Detail oriented and thorough
