Description
Position Summary:
This role will report to and support the Regional Product Marketing Manager to lead 360 marketing program on assigned product categories for the APAC region.
Accountabilities:
Product Campaign Project Management
• Support Regional Product Marketing Manager for the campaign toolkit development and lead selected launches (i.e. 3*, LE, Re-Promote) under supervision of Product Marketing Manager. Follow up on market launch plans and prepare new product launch tracking with post launch result recap
• Conduct pre-launch planning & analysis (e.g. competitors’ activities consolidation, insightful category analysis)
• Prepare in depth post-launch analysis to provide concrete insights and recommendations for future campaigns
• Review and provide regional inputs for Global IMW bulletin reviews and forecast guidelines
• Support markets on product demand & supply logistics
• Facilitate Regional consolidation for syndicated marketing calendar
Business Analysis and Other Reporting
• Conduct analytics, product category analysis and business reports (i.e. MOB, Beaute Research, Gap analysis) to provide insights for business decisions
• Consolidate and review regional forecast submissions
• Support industry analysis on brand/category specific tasks assigned by the team
Competitors’ Activity Monitoring
• Consolidate and prepare competitors’ report with best practices on needed basis
• Handle ad-hoc competitors’ review for presentations and management meetings
Other Product Marketing functions
• Support Regional Promotion & Sampling Strategy
• Support Regional Pricing review (3-year cadence & new product)
• Support product launch asset and collateral management
• Support Corporate Product Innovation projects
Qualifications
• University Degree, preferably in Business / Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years working experience, with 3 years in a similar capacity. Preferably in the cosmetics industry or luxury retail experience or FMCG industry
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Strong analytic skills and strategic mindset
• Strong collaboration skill and work effectively with minimum supervision
• Demonstrate strong Initiative/Leadership, Maturity and Positive energy
• Result-oriented, Strong Ownership and displays integrity
• Pleasant manner
• Proficient in English with other Asian languages is a plus
• Working experience as Regional Role and knowledge of APAC markets is desirable
