Position Overview:
The Project Manager reports to the Creative Director and plans and coordinates projects for the Creative Lab. He or she will work directly with creative directors, marketing teams and finance and production teams to complete projects within the designated time frame, scope and budget. The project manager will focus on budgets, contracts, marketing plans and advertising media selection for the strategic planning of all key projects undertaken by the Creative Lab.
Project Managers may also determine the form of advertising media such as television, radio, online media, billboards or print in concert with the marketing director. They may also support with retail experience initiatives.
The project manager will plan, execute and deliver creative assets for all regions.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
• Create design concepts for email marketing campaigns with a high-level of the best practices in mind
• Collaborate cross functionally to meet business goals and ensure designs implemented aligns with company’s weekly initiatives
• Maintain consistency of messaging and approach within projects and campaigns
• Stay current with changes in technology and demonstrate technical competence
• Prepare files to be used for email development
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience of design in an agency/e-commerce/retail space
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Adobe Suite- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat
• Being able to code HTML a huge plus
• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
• Exceptional critical and conceptual thinking skills
