Key Job Accountability:
Ensure team’s efficiency and compliance to the Groups’ norms and charters, across domains, with a special focus on Components
Job Responsibilities:
Financials
Work with the Components Purchasing team and ensure adherence to the financial calendar: Make sure that all data such as cost drivers, presentation templates, quantities from the plants are available prior to the financial exercise.
Internal Control and Risk Management:
• Ensure the supplier tracker is updated. Update information timely and define action plan to bridge the gaps.
• Actively participate in mock audits and provide recommendations.
• Support and monitor supplier performance and risk factors
• Track and coordinate on-time scheduling of social and quality audits.
• Ensure the compliance to the supplier referencing
• Coordinate with the buyers the supplier evaluations, based on the five pillars.
• Define, track and communicate KPIs on data management (MOQ, Incoterms, blocked invoices, etc.).
Training and Tools:
• Define and communicate best practices for the Packaging domain and also cross-domains.
• Identify areas of improvements and organize refreshers courses.
• Review the main procedures annually.
• Define, develop and rollout internal control procedures based on the L’Oreal group norms.
Coordination and ‘Sharing Beauty With All’ initiative:
• Coordinate the suppliers’ participation to the CDP and Ecovadis programs.
• Support the head of Purchasing Excellence in all SWBA initiatives and animation of the team.
• Be the main point of contact with the world wide Components Excellence Purchasing team.
• Support the Components team on performance projects, as needed.
Qualifications and Educational Background:
BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or other relevant area
7+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, project management or similar field
Exceptional MS office skills, with an emphasis on advanced Excel functions
SAP knowledge
Self motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels within the organization and comfortable presenting to larger groups
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence actions
