Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Manager of Marketing Analytics provides reporting and strategic insights derived from customer data, sales, promotion effectiveness, media mix modeling, digital analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive business-critical decisions and able to present findings to Senior Leadership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
strategically develop insights based on sales & marketing effectiveness by using advanced analytics
• Provides strategic insights derived from sales and promotions that drive critical marketing decisions
• Supports all complex ad hoc requests for customer data for the many areas of the organization
• Provides Sr. Leadership with necessary historical sales data for planning purposes
• Utilize statistics to identify the significance in data
• Successfully tell stories of what happened from Marketing events and promotions and able to present those findings to management
manage & analyze program reporting
• Manage generation of daily, weekly and summary reporting including enrollments, redemption behavior, customer analytics and program effectiveness
• Build & refine dashboards to ensure most relevant KPIs
• Ensure processes are up to date and ensure accuracy
data integrity management
• Ensure all data is fully integrated into internal systems and accurate
• Liaison with IT to problem solve data issues
• Creates processes around integrity checks

• Manages direct reports, systems and projects to achieve unit goals in accordance with Company policies and practices.
• Prepares and analyze unit plans and reports.
• Provides leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise, thus affecting the results of the operating area.
• Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications.
• Develops staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or other relevant degrees
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to write SQL
• Developing dashboards through visualization tools
• Retail knowledge
• Relational database experience
• SAS experience
• Knowledge of Media Mix Modeling
• Digital Analytics experience, including Adobe (Omniture), Google Analytics and or Google Big Query
• Customer analytics
preferred
• Teradata experience
• Tableau or Spotfire experience

Digital
• Responsible for Digital Attribution (data collection, tagging management, data integrity, advanced analytics & reporting)
• Responsible for story telling about the business as it relates to Marketing Digital Channels; including presenting and sharing findings across the organization
• Evaluate Personalization campaign customer results to bank impacts and make informed decisions going forward
• Ability in advanced analytics and knowledge of leveraging customer, digital, online and offline data together to help targeting & segmentation for Personalization initiatives
