Bonobos is seeking a creative Content & Campaigns Marketing Manager to be the voice of our product within holistic brand equity campaigns, and drive strategy and execution of stand-alone merchandise marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Director of Content, you will devise cross-channel campaigns to support specific product use cases such as Sport, Golf, Wedding, Work (Weekday Warrior) and more. You will also be responsible for the positioning and launch of new product categories and product lines as needed, collaborating with channel owners to ensure we represent the product in the most impactful way, both visually and in copy.
What you’ll do….
• Serve as our key point of contact between Merchandising and Marketing, ensuring all product/collection launches are positioned in an impactful way, named in a way that is consistent with the brand architecture, and appropriately supported
• Translate product attributes into customer facing descriptions and stories
• Lead the campaign creation process, collaborating with the Creative, UX and Photographic teams to ensure all products are photographed correctly and presented in a compelling way
• Design and execute flawlessly integrated marketing campaigns to deliver on revenue goals of each product line, leveraging owned, earned and paid media
• Partner with Product Design and Merchandising to devise a cross-channel merchandising strategy that effectively tells the brand story, and drives the selection of the products that we feature across channels
• Partner with the Director of Content Marketing to develop content across formats, including video, to help consumers understand our product portfolio
• Partner with PR and social teams to make sure our key products are “seen” and worn by influencers across categories
• Partner with the technology team to come up with innovative cross-merchandising initiatives in order to increase AOV and UPT

• Have 5-7 years of a marketing experience, ideally in a men’s apparel/accessories brand
• Are a firehose of creativity, but also savvy and strategic about business
• Have experience managing a cross-functional marketing calendar and an integrated marketing strategy
• Are entrepreneurial and results driven
• Know how to work and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, tech, product and merchandising
• Can strategize and execute across a range of media channels
• Have strong analytical skills
• Are a project management whiz, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are resourceful and proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions
• Thrive working in a fast-paced and scaling organization
• Have the ability and desire to flex from big picture thinking to digging into the details
