GENERAL SUMMARY
Support the RMM in planning, executing and the measuring the Lifestyle and Collection marketing efforts to increase traffic to stores, brand awareness and customer engagement.
Owning the development and implementation of seasonal marketing strategies, delivering impactful multichannel campaigns, initiatives, promotions, and events that drive increased sales and awareness.
ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to RMM. To work closely with the European Retail, CRM, Brand Marketing, PR, Events and Digital Communications teams.
Build relationships at a senior and peer level across the EU business as well as the NY HQ to ensure alignment across business goals, targeted markets and support wider global objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and present strategic opportunities that meet Michael Kors business objectives for retail
• Responsible for the timely development and delivery of high impact, cost effective multichannel retail marketing plans in support of seasonal activity and events
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in the development of all retail marketing and larger brand initiatives
• Partner with the global teams to develop compelling/relevant creative, assets and CTA’s
• Effective end-to-end management & co-ordination of all stages of campaign development from initial brief through to design sign off, costings & eventual delivery into stores within the requested timeframe
• Working with Operations, Finance and Planning teams to identify and set KPIs and go-forward recommendations
• Independently manage the retail marketing budget and report on ROI
• Work in partnership with District Managers to identify, define and deliver activity utilizing the tool kit
• Responsible for tracking competitive marketing activity and innovative ideas to inform marketing plans
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• At least 3 years of Marketing experience preferably in the luxury sector
• Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
• Proactive and insightful analytical and problem solving skills
• Ambitious, strategic 360 thinking is a must
• Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
